Essay

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of the influence of cluster rhenium(III) compounds with organic ligands under different forms of introduction on activity of antioxidant enzymes of red blood cells in tumor-bearing rats during development of ordinary and cisplatin-resistant Guerin carcinoma; their catalase activity and interaction with native catalase. The decreasing quantity of TBA-active products in blood under introduction of the rhenium compounds to tumor-bearing rats was established independently from the method of introduction or from intensity of the tumor-breaking. Influence of the organic ligand structure in the introduced rhenium compound on activity of antioxidant enzymes was shown. Existence of adamanthyl, indolyl and ferulyl ligands in the structure of the rhenium compounds led to increasing of activity of this enzymes in comparison to control. First the different process of function of the antioxidant enzymes of blood of tumor-bearing rats during development of the ordinary and resistant to cisplatin Guerin carcinoma. It was shown that dicarboxylates dirhenium(III) compounds of cis-configuration have their own catalase activity. It was confirmed, that dirhenium(III) cluster compounds reacted with native catalase with formation of the complex protein – rhenium substance with not disturbed and more effective ferrum-porphirine active center of the enzyme and with following enhancing of the process of hydrogen peroxide decomposition.
