Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the solutions state and adsorption of a synthetic food dyes number of anionic nature and the voltammetric sensor with improved adsorption affinity for their voltammetric determination development. The values of the ionization constants were determined by methods of colorimetry, spectrophotometry and potentiometry of the synthetic food dyes respective functional groups: tartrazine, yellow "Sunset", allure red AC, ponceau 4R, patented blue V and brilliant blue FCF, and the conditions for their adsorption with silica gel impregnated by cetylpyridinium chloride were optimized. A new voltammetric sensor based on a carbon paste electrode, modified with silica gel impregnated by cetylpyridinium chloride is proposed, with the help of which new methods of voltammetric with square-wave scanning potential for the determination of synthetic food dyes were developed and tested.
