Essay

The thesis is about of the development of automated methods for the determination of binary mixtures and individual substances in the presence of a complex matrix with the participation of reduction reactions of the heteropolycomplexes with Dawson structure in the analysis of pharmaceutical preparations, biological objects and food products. A number of methods for spectrophotometric analysis of binary mixtures with the participation of kinetic methods are proposed. In particular, H-Рoint standard addition method, Mean Centering and Ratio Difference methods in combination with the using of semi-automated systems such as combination of an SF-46 spectrophotometer with an oscilloscope, and an optical probe with a spectrophotometer Specord S 600 as well as automated one such as SIA-LAV and SIA-LOV.
