Zvarych R. The Court and Judiciary in the National Policy of the Second Commonwealth (on the example of the Stanyslaviv voivodeship)

The evolution of the judiciary and the peculiarities of the judicial process of the Second Rzeczpospolita in the territory of the Stanislaw Voivodeship, state legal and socio-political aspects of the investigated issues are highlighted. The historical and legal stages of formation and content of normative legal acts as a result of public political activity of the Second Commonwealth in the field of judicial power are analyzed. An objective and complete picture of the main problems of organizational formation and practical activity of the judiciary of interwar Poland in the implementation of national policy in the region has been reproduced. The peculiarities of the judiciary's implementation of the Stanislavsky District Court, the Kolomyia District Court, the Stryi District Court and other courts of the Second Rzeczpospolita are investigated.
