Dissertation work is devoted to the stabilizing exactness increase tasks decision of the nonlinear systems by the automated planning of the optimal with the quadratic criterion of quality regulators structure synthesized by the direct hard synthesis methods for stabilized systems. The sixth method of the stabilizing nonlinear systems hard synthesis (by S. Оnyshchenko’s classification) with the hard matrix coefficients quadratic form – Lyapunov’s functions is investigation. The model of angular motion of the Sputnic with four fly-wheels is built; the mathematical model of its motion with the stabilization control and the optimal stabilization control (created in the work) is conducted in the environment of MatLab.
