The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations as to the development of interregional cooperation in the context of European integration based on its conceptualization and substantiation of directions expansion of Ukraine regions cooperation with EU countries in the real sector of economy. The substantive content of concept "interregional cooperation in the context of European integration" has clarified and methodical support for the development of interregional cooperation in the context of European integration has formed. The instruments of global assistance for the development of regional (interregional) cooperation in Ukraine have identified. An approach to the comparative analysis of interregional cooperation and a conceptual approach to the development of interregional cooperation in the context of European integration have developed. The procedure for assessing the development of interregional cooperation in the context of European integration has improved and the development of interregional cooperation has substantiated based on the coherence of interregional cooperation participant’s interests. The expansion of Ukraine regions cooperation directions with EU countries in the real sector of economy are substantiated and determined.
