Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the urgent scientific problem of ensuring the highest possible level of active power generation by installations with renewable energy sources, provided that the normally acceptable values of the steady-state voltage deviation at the point of connection of consumers of electric energy to the distribution electric network are satisfied. The task of automatic control of the generation of active power of renewable energy sources in a combined electric power system in the form of a multi-criteria optimization problem is formalized. The choice of a method for solving the multicriteria optimization problem has been made. It has been shown that to solve the problem of automatically controlling the generation of active power of renewable energy sources in a combined electric power system, it is most expedient to use the method of approximation to a utopian point in the criteria space. Mathematical models of elements of the combined electric power system, as well as a block diagram of the automatic control system for generating active power of renewable energy sources in the combined electric power system, and an algorithm for determining the optimal control vector have been developed, which made it possible to improve the simulation model of the automatic control system for generating active power of renewable energy sources in the combined electric power system. Analysis of the simulation results on a computer simulation model showed that the proposed automatic control system has a significant advantage over existing ones.
