The dissertation is devoted to the finding of general regularities of crystalline, magnetic and domain microstructures formation of the epitaxial films of iron-yttrium garnet (YIG) grown on the substrate of gadolinium-gallium garnet (GGG), as well as La- and Ga-substituted films using X-ray diffractometry methods, conversion electron mossbauer spectroscopy and magnetic force microscopy.
