Essay

The thesis is devoted to research the state of antioxidant defence system under different types of surgical procedures, especially allotransplantation embryonic muscle tissue, both femoral and abdominal muscle tissue in the donor and recipient. Modern researchers in branch of experimental and clinical medicine created serious prerequisites for transplantation of embryonic fabrics and cages for the purpose of stimulation and renewal of the broken functions of fabrics. Nevertheless at surgical interventions it is very difficult to avoid the answer of an organism to a stress. Now the stress is one of the most actively studied physiological states which can arise at all levels of an organism, and, first of all, cellular. Much attention in modern cellular biology is paid to molecular alarm systems which provide resistance of cages and fabrics to action of stressful factors. In this regard the special relevance is acquired by researches of a system of antioxidant protection of an organism. However, possible changes of indicators of an antioxidant system in transplantology of muscular tissue demand more scientifically based examination. At influence of various factors both endogenous, and endogenous there are the strengthened products of active forms of oxygen that, in the chered, leads to change of indicators of a system of antioxidant protection. The system of antioxidant protection of an organism is difficult and branched set of biochemical processes which main function is prevention and leveling of the biochemical changes induced by an oxidative stress. It consists of enzymes and other biologically active connections having antioxidant properties. The general sequence and mechanisms of realization of processes which enter this system are known. However, features of functioning and regulation of these processes at allotransplantation of embryonic fabrics are almost not investigated. The purpose of work was to investigate influence of allotransplantation of embryonic muscle tissue on a condition of an antioxidant system in femoral and in abdominal muscle tissue of the donor and recipient. In all studied fabrics increase in the general oxidative activity only by seventh day of a research is revealed both at false operation, and at allotransplantation of embryonic muscle tissue. Allotransplantation of femoral muscle tissue of an embryo for the seventh day of a research did not lead to changes of the TBA-active products level of products in comparison with control value. It is shown that allotransplantation of femoral and abdominal muscle tissue of an embryo led to increase in level of the restored glutathione in tissues of the recipient on early postoperative terms (1 and 3 days). Allotransplantation of abdominal muscle tissue of an embryo did not lead to changes of level of the oxidized glutathione in tissues of the recipient. It is established that allotransplantation of abdominal and femoral muscle tissue of an embryo did not influence changes of activity of a glutationreduktaza and glutathione peroxidases. The found changes were influenced by surgical interventions which are a stress factor. It is established that allotransplantation of abdominal muscle tissue of an embryo led to decrease of the activity superoxide dismutases in tissues of the recipient for the seventh day of a research that confirm oppression of a condition of antioxidant protection by cells of the studied fabrics. Allotransplantation of femoral and abdominal embryonic muscle tissues did not lead to changes of level of activity of a catalase in tissues of the recipient.
