Essay

The object of the study is the process of transmitting information on the Internet using content filtering tools. The subject of research is methods, models and algorithms for content filtering on the Internet. Research methods. The study used a set of methods, techniques and principles of scientific knowledge. In particular, the logical generalization; comparative analysis; graph theory and flow approach; the Petri network apparatus; simulation modeling; graphic, economic and mathematical, expert assessments, methods of software engineering. Theoretical and practical results: the method of adaptive filtering of the URI of the Internet network was first proposed; the method of estimating the structural survivability of a network with uncertain topology has been improved; further developed: a method of determining the total processing time of the incoming request and the time of the average delay of the request processing in the CSFC systematization of the targeting of content filtering on the Internet by grouping on technological, economic, social, political and institutional grounds, a method of evaluating the effectiveness of implementation of ACSF levels adding cost and adaptability metrics.
