Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of constructing a measuring system, based on an analog interface for diagnosing bearing assemblies in gas turbine engines at an early stage of their occurrence with improved metrological characteristics - performance is increased 5 times, accuracy 2.5 times, signal/noise ratio improved by 55 dB . The device is characterized by a non-standard approach to solving the problem, using N-channel quadrature tracking notch filters. The models were developed and a comparative analysis of N-channel quadrature tracking notch filters constructed on the basis of iterative integrating converters with different coefficients of window filling (k) was carried out. The use of the N-channel quadrature tracking notch filter on the system allowed increasing the harmonic coefficient not less than 95 dB. A new charge measuring amplifier for working with piezoelectric sensors with improved metrological characteristics on the basis of structures with differential inputs has been developed, which allows to increase the suppression of general noise by 82 dB in comparison with analogue. The method of calibration of the measuring channel for the system of early diagnostics of bearing units was developed.
