The dissertation is devoted to solving of the actual scientific task of development of structural identification methods for interval discrete dynamic models (IDDM) in the form of difference equations. Also, tools for their realization integrated into a single environment for mathematical and computer modeling of atmospheric pollution by harmful emissions of motor vehicles using interval data obtained by sensors.
