Volkova L. Administrative and legal support of justice in Ukraine

In the dissertation on the basis of the theory of administrative law, current legislation, achievements of public administration, a new solution of the scientific problem concerning administrative and legal support of the activity of justice bodies in Ukraine is presented. The concept and essence of administrative and legal support of the activity of justice bodies in Ukraine have been formed. The administrative and legal status of the justice bodies in Ukraine is revealed. The principles of administrative and legal support for the activity of justice bodies are identified and generalized. The peculiarities of public administration of the judicial system in Ukraine are revealed. The peculiarities of public administration of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine are revealed. Scientific provisions on international and foreign experience of administrative and legal support of the activity of justice bodies have been identified and summarized. Administrative and legal support of the activity of justice bodies in Ukraine has been improved.
