Kashka V. Access to Public Information in the Prosecutor's Office: Administrative and Legal Aspect

Thesis is a monographic study of the administrative and legal provision of access to public information in the prosecutor's offices. The theoretical and legal principles of the access to public information o providing in the organs of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine are researched in the paper; the concept and content of access providing to public information are disclosed there. The author analyzes the international legal experience of access to public information in the prosecutor's offices providing; investigates the problems of citizens’ right to access public information in the prosecutor's offices realization. The focus is on the study of the concept and structure of the administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring access to public information in the prosecutor's offices, which defines the system of interconnected and complementary elements that help to realize the right of citizens to access public information, the analysis of its elements has been providing there.
