Essay

The thesis is devoted to establishing the laws of stress state formation, friction and wear of amorphous crystalline coatings in friction pairs. The regularities of amorphous crystalline coatings formation are presented in the paper. The choice of components is substantiated and the basic technological parameters of formation of Zr-Al-B amorphous crystalline coatings are selected. The results of studying the influence of technological parameters on the formation of amorphous crystalline coatings and patterns of Zr-Al-B coatings wear under friction loading are shown. The results of studies of the level of stress state of the Zr-Al-B system amorphous crystalline coatings are shown. The levels of technological residual stresses, as well as the distribution of residual stresses over the thickness of the detonation coating are estimated. The magnitude and nature of the residual stress. The certification tests conducted showing that the coatings proposed for surface hardening of parts are 1.5-2 times more durable as compared with the materials used in restoration of movable components aeronautical engineering. Based on the conducted research, the technology of depositing the coatings investigated and recommendations for improving the operational reliability of the parts strengthened by the Zr-Al-B system coatings were developed.
