The dissertation deals with theoretical and experimental researches of design and calculation of constructive screw loaders which make possible to transport bulk products most effectively. Analytical dependencies were obtained and rational parameters of minimum force of feeding the material into feeding section of the vertical loader were substantiated. Mathematic model of horizontal rotation of screw loader, which takes into account geometric, kinematic and physical-mechanical characteristics of the system, is developed. It is stated that the dynamic process of the loader is influenced by both the angular rotation speed and the main characteristics of the grain mixture (mass per unit length, speed of motion). Experimental equipment was designed and produced to test horizontal and vertical branch screw loader of bulk materials, which allows to determine the productivity of the process and energy consumption according to the developed methods. The experimental equipment is provided with laboratory devices, which ensure the change of the studied processes in broad ranges with high accuracy in automated control mode and keep records of the necessary study results. Computer simulation of choosing the rational design parameters of the vertical screw working tool is presented. The implementation into production process is the result of theoretic and experimental research.
