Novosad O. Formation and implementation of the innovative policy of increasing the competitiveness of gas distribution companies of the Western region of Ukraine

In the dissertation, the theoretical generalization of existing and new scientific and methodical receptions and approaches to coverage of the innovative policy of increase of competitiveness is realized. The existing strategies of control of innovative activity on modern gas distribution networks of Ukraine are summarized. The formative factors of innovation policy that are designed to reflect the main components and criteria of the "integrated" competitiveness of organizations are identified. The author's vision of determining the integrated indicator of the competitiveness of each of the eight enterprises. The basis for the successful implementation of innovation policy by enterprises is to maintain a "balance" between the phenomena of organizational and economic development that affect each other. A matrix has been developed that reflects different types of reactions of enterprises due to innovation decline or activity relative to the phase of the innovation activity cycle.
