Aksyonova O. Regulation of contractual relations of regional vertically integrated business structures of agribusiness

The dissertation is devoted to formation of conceptual bases and development of theoretical and applied bases of processes of regulation of contractual relations of regional vertically integrated business structures of agribusiness. A comprehensive analysis of the current state and trends of agribusiness development based on the study of the formation of regional vertically integrated business structures. The rating of the regions of Ukraine by the level of development of agricultural production was carried out, which made it possible to identify the groups of regions with the highest and lowest levels of agricultural production for 2018.The processes of formation of vertically integrated regional agribusiness entrepreneurial structures due to creation of agribusiness clusters are suggested. Models of formation of regional vertically integrated business structures of agribusiness with contract process of dairy product chain due to the use of contract theory are also offered.
