Essay

The dissertation is directed to development of methods of modeling of transients in tribosystems at a stage of designing of new machines. Structural and parametric identification of tribosystem as an object of simulation of the preparation process is presented. Transient differential equations for the wear rate and friction coefficient are obtained. Theoretical dependences of change of tribosystems working time on the main factors influencing the transition process are obtained. Further development of determination of the figure of merit of the tribosystem was obtained, theoretical and experimental studies established the relationship between the value of the figure of merit, the rate of wear and the coefficient of friction in the process of harvesting, and the criterion itself is a measure of the potential ability of the tribosystem to adapt. The correlation between the working time and the figure of quality was established. It is shown that the process of working can be controlled. A rational program of tribosystem development has been substantiated and developed.
