Essay

For the first time, the method of calculation of mass characteristics of turbines at a stage of preliminary designing on a middle diameter is proposed. According to statistics, the mass of the blades and the entire turbine is associated with the kinematic coefficients of the stages of the load factor and the flow factor. A study of the influence of kinematic parameters in conjunction with the aerodynamic and weight characteristics of turbine stages and multistage high-loaded low-pressure turbines is carried out, recommendations for the choice of parameters of their flow parts are given. A numerical study of the characteristics of the high-loaded turbine cascades with high flow deflection angles was carried out. The dependences of the cascade efficiency on geometric and gas-dynamic parameters are determined. Recommendations are developed and the profile of the rotor blade of the high-loaded low-pressure turbine with high flow deflection angle was improved.
