Essay

Using histological, electron microscopic, biochemical research methods, morphofunctional changes in the lungs in experimental acute renal failure were studied to substantiate the ways of their correction. It is established that acute renal failure is accompanied by the development of dystrophic-destructive changes in the components of the respiratory tract, intensification of lipoperoxidation and endogenous intoxication during 24-72 hours of the study. The use of "Lipin" leads to a significant improvement in the structure of the respiratory tract, reducing the processes of lipoperoxidation and endogenous intoxication during the first 24 hours of the study.
