Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and substantiation of theoretical principles and scientific and applied provisions of the transformation of the regional educational network on the basis of the marketing approach.Theoretical bases of formation and development of regional educational networks are substantiated. The network approach to the development of the regional economy and the regional knowledge market is considered. The essence and features of application of the marketing approach to transformation of a regional educational network are defined. The expediency of transformation of the regional educational network on the basis of interaction marketing is substantiated. A scientific and practical approach to the transformation of the regional educational network is developed. An approach to the selection, structuring and analysis of environmental factors that must be taken into account in the transformation of regional educational networks is developed. The influence of environmental factors on the transformation of regional educational networks is analyzed. A comparative analysis of the potential for the development of regional educational networks in the regions of Ukraine is carried out. The procedure and an empirical analysis of the development of the nodes of the regional educational network was carried out (on the example of Chernivtsi region). The foreign practice of introduction of the concept of marketing of interaction in the organization of regional educational networks and possibilities of its implementation in the policy of social and economic development of the regions of Ukraine is generalized. The concept of transformation of the regional educational network of Chernivtsi region on the basis of interaction marketing is developed. Proposals for the creation of a vocational education cluster in the region based on a network approach are formed.
