Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the urgent scientific problem of increase efficiency of pump complexes with the regulated electric drive based on the evaluation of energy processes in all power channel elements taking into consideration the real conditions of consumer functioning and changed during operation of the equipment characteristics. The energy-saving ranges of change pump complexes parameters providing operation of the turbo mechanism in the maximum efficiency region has been grounded. A method for estimating the pumping complexes energy efficiency has been proposed, which based on the analysis of energy distribution and energy losses on all elements of the power channel with variable load, different control schemes of technological parameters, and changing operating characteristics of electrohydraulic equipment. The method of energy forecast of pump complexes efficient modes has been gained further development, witch based on the estimating of integrated energy performance of the pump complex, which takes into account the multifactor regression model of water consumption and the actual characteristics of pump units. It allows to determine the energy saving potential in pump complexes using different ways of discharge regulation. The system and algorithm of control of the pump complex energy modes have been proposed, which allows to select energy-efficient modes of operation based on the assessment of energy parameters and technical and economic indices and to determine the feasibility of further operation of technological equipment. An extreme automatic control system of pump complex and an operation algorithm has been developed, which minimizes the consumed electricity while stabilizing the pressure at the dictating point of the hydraulic network and the electrohydraulic equipment resource. The power distribution and power loss diagrams in all elements of the pump complex power channel has been obtained based on experimental researches. It confirm the feasibility of the method of the energy efficiency estimating of pump complexes taking into account changes in performance equipment, actual consumer schedule, method of control technological parameters. It has been shown that when assessing the effectiveness of the extreme automatic control system of the pump complex must take into account the cost of all types of resources of the pump complex, which is based on the analysis of input and output products of water transportation to the consumer during the operation. Key words: pumping complex, adjustable electric drive, efficiency, pump unit, power loss, energy forecast.
