Essay

The object of research - the processes of monitoring the state of the human arterial bed for diagnostic the state of the patient's cardio-vascular system. The goal –to decrease the resource consumption and increase of reliability of the information system for monitoring the state of an arterial bed of the person by ensuring accuracy of calculation of diagnostic indices. The methods – statistical methods, methods of mathematical modeling of the human arterial bed, spectral methods, methods of solving differential equations, method of parameter identification, asymptotic methods, finite element methods. The results – the conceptual model of the information system for monitoring the state of human arterial bed for calculation of diagnostic indices of cardiovascular system was developed; the model of geometry of an arterial bed of the individual person has been improved; the two-dimensional model of blood flow along the arterial system was improved; the rheological model of the vessel wall has been improved; improved zero-dimensional model of the arterial bed. Implemented – at the Government Institution “L.T.Malaya Therapy National Institute of the National Academy of Medical Sci-ences of Ukraine” in the research of cardiovascular diseases of patients; at the municipal non-profit enterprise «City Clinical Hospital No. 24» of the Kharkiv City Council the information system for monitoring the state of the human arterial bed, expanded additional methods for diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases of patients; in the educational process at the Department of Biomedi-cal Engineering of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; in the education-al process at the Department of Hygiene and Social Medicine at the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ministry of Educa-tion and Science of Ukraine.
