The dissertation work is devoted to elucidation of features of oxidative processes, protective systems of an organism, a condition of humoral, cellular link of immune systems, endogenous intoxication, free radical oxidation and antioxidant defense system, features of changes in cytokine parameters in animals with toxic liver damage by galactosamine, which occurs against the background of mercazolyl-induced hypothyroidism. The peculiarities of the processes of bile formation, free radical oxidation, the state of antioxidant and immune systems, cytokine profile, endogenous intoxication in rats depending on the stage of development of the pathological process on the background of hypothyroidism have been established.
