Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of existing ideas about the prop-erties of shockwave processes in the "anchor - rock mass" system, theoretical and experimental substantiation of the laws linking the parameters of the damping oscillating process of the anchor with its length, tension and mounting quality (adhesion). For the first time, the use of the relaxation time of the damped free oscillations of the anchor as an informative parameter for the non-destructive testing equipment is theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed. In addition, experimental studies have found that the length of the anchor, its tension and adhesion strenght clearly affect the value of the informative parameter. Moreover, the dependence of the informative parameter on the tension and adhesion of the anchor to the array is close to inversely proportional. The result of the work was the equipment of non-destructive testing by shock-wave method in which it was possible to implement the algorithm of primary statistical data processing, which, in turn, increased the accuracy and informativeness of determining the informative parameter directly at the research site. The main results of the work are realized in the form of a component of the “Methodical manual on non-destructive testing of anchoring of mine workings and mines”, approved by DTEK ENERGO.
