In the dissertation the theoretical generalization and the new decision of a scientific problem which is shown in definition of essence of administrative and legal regulation of the order of creation and activity of the centers of rendering of administrative services is resulted. The current state of activity of administrative service centers in Ukraine is outlined and revealed. The legal basis of activity of the centers of rendering of administrative services to Ukraine is characterized. The essence of creation, types and liquidation of the centers of rendering of administrative services in Ukraine is defined.
