Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the subjects of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. Theoretical and practical problems of administrative and legal regulation of the subjects of the tax service are identified and the ways of their solution are substantiated. The positive foreign experience of administrative and legal regulation of the subjects of the tax service is detailed and the directions of its borrowing into the national administrative legislation are argued.
