Essay

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to clarify the nature and specific features of administrative and legal provision of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies and to identify the ways for improving it based on positive domestic and foreign experience. The essence and specific features of the interaction as an object of administrative and legal regulation have been clarified. The author has provided characteristics of the administrative and legal status of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine as subjects of the interaction. The range of principles and tasks of the interaction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies has been outlined. The definition of the concept and structure of administrative and legal mechanism of the interaction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies has been provided. The directions, levels and limits of the interaction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies have been clarified. Administrative and legal forms and methods of the interaction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies have been established. The content of organizational provision of the interaction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies has been revealed. International experience of the interaction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies has been generalized and the possibilities of its application in Ukraine have been worked out. The author has defined the ways of improving administrative legislation that regulates the interaction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine with other law enforcement agencies. The directions of improving the coordination powers of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine have been outlined.
