Essay

The оbject of research: processes of electromechanical energy conversion in brushless magnetoelectric motors of return-rotary motion with elastic connection between stator and rotor. The purpose of research: development of principles of construction, structures, mathematical models of specialized brushless magnetoelectric motors of return-rotary motion, which ensures their implementation with single-rotor and two-rotor design with active compensation of the negative action of reactive alternating torque. Methods of research are based on the theory of electromechanical systems and machines, methods of mathematical and physical modeling, theory of automatic control, finite element methods based on licensed software COMSOL and MATLAB for calculating the electromagnetic field in a two-dimensional problem statement. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: solved an important scientific problem of developing principles of construction of brushless magnetoelectric motors of return-rotary motion of low power and principles of active compensation of reactive alternating torque of motor rotor to minimize the negative impact of mechanical vibrations on the device. Analytical dependences were established between the geometric parameters of the elements of the magnetic system of the motor of return-rotary motion with the maximum value of the electromagnetic moment per unit of consumed electricity. The principles of control of the reciprocating movement of the executive element are determined. Structures and a mathematical model of two-rotor brushless magnetoelectric motors of return-rotary motion to compensate the reactive torque on the motor housing have been developed. A subject degree of introduction: The results of work in the form of optimal geometric relations between the elements of the magnetic system, the structure of the two-rotor motor with compensated jet torques, the principles of control of reverse rotation modes are implemented in electromechanical devices manufactured by Eleron Research and Production Company, Kyiv. Effectiveness of implantation: Theoretical results and recommendations are the basis for the development of specialized brushless magnetoelectric motors of return-rotary motion used in various types of electromechanical devices and tools. Implementation of the principle of active compensation of reactive alternating moments of the actuator and the created two-rotor structures reverse rotation allow to design a hand tool free from the negative effects of mechanical vibrations on the hands of the operator. Sphere of use: production of manual specialized tools, in which it is necessary to apply the reciprocating motion of the actuator.
