Lunin D. Administrative and legal support of e-government in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the definition of features, principles, tasks of administrative and legal support of e - government in Ukraine and the development of the main directions of its improvement. The categorical-conceptual apparatus of administrative and legal support of e-government has been clarified. The principles, purpose and tasks of e-government in Ukraine are described. The content of administrative legislation as a basis for the implementation of e-government is revealed and the peculiarities of its adaptation to the legislation of the European Union are clarified. A description of the administrative and legal status of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is given. The peculiarities of electronic document circulation of public administration bodies are studied and generalized. The properties of control over the implementation of administrative and legal support of e-government in Ukraine are described. The ways of development of administrative and legal provisions of e-government in Ukraine are determined. The experience of foreign countries in relation to the administrative and legal support of e-government has been studied and the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine have been clarified.
