Fedorchenko A. Public Administration of Local Courts in Ukraine

The dissertation provides a comprehensive systematic analysis of the principles, essence, content of public administration of local courts in Ukraine, establishes the relationship between them, formed proposals and recommendations for improvement of legislation. This is done on the basis of studying and generalizing the conceptual framework, normative sources and practice of general and judicial public administration. Author determines etymology of public administration of local courts in Ukraine. The administrative and legal status of the entities authorized to implement public administration in the field of local courts in Ukraine has been determined through their functions. Also, author forms а system of principles of its implementation. The content of public administration of local courts in Ukraine is revealed through procedures for legalization of local courts in Ukraine, appointment, bringing to special disciplinary responsibility and dismissal of local court judges in Ukraine, methods of organizational support, financing, as well as features of the influence of civil society institutions on the activities of local courts in Ukraine. The comparative characteristic is carried out and the directions and concrete offers concerning increase of efficiency of public administration of activity of local courts in Ukraine are formed.
