The dissertation on the basis of generalization of conceptual bases, normative sources and practice of activity of subjects of public administration reveals the maintenance and administrative-legal features of public administration of circulation of agricultural lands in Ukraine. The concept of public administration of agricultural land turnover is formed. The essence and principles of public administration of agricultural lands in Ukraine are revealed and generalized. The legal nature of the objects of administrative and legal relations in the field of public administration of agricultural lands is determined. The content of public administration of agricultural land circulation as a system of tools of public administration is revealed. The effective experience of some member states of the European Union and other developed democracies in public administration of agricultural lands is summarized. The directions of improvement and concrete changes and additions to the domestic legislation on increase of fairness and efficiency of circulation of agricultural lands in Ukraine are defined.
