Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the metabolic disorders features, macro- and microelement composition and bone tissue structure in rats with modelled crush-syndrome. The post-compression period of the experimental crush-syndrome is accompanied by an increase in endogenous intoxication, free radical oxidation processes and a decrease in oxidative energy supply, which subsequently induces cell death. Reduced bone formation and increased bone resorption, which are accompanied by catabolism of connective tissue have been established. The maximum changes were determined on the 14th day of observation. In addition, the development of dysmacro- and dysmicroelementosis, both in the femur and in the blood and liver of rats at different times of the crush-syndrome post-compression period was found.
