Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to an urgent scientific problem, which consists in increasing the level of security of computer systems and military networks from potentially dangerous cyber-attacks by developing a method for constructing their templates. A method is proposed for constructing templates of potentially dangerous cyber-attacks on computer systems and military networks, based on the simultaneous determination of the basic characteristics and parameters (features) of a potentially dangerous cyber-attack based on a comprehensive analysis of the standard functional security profile implemented in computer systems and networks, and sources of primary data: databases of attack patterns (KDD-99 and CAPEC), databases of vulnerabilities and defects (CVE), which makes it possible to neutralize the influence of the "delay effect" during their creation. The results obtained make it possible to increase the efficiency and up to 15% efficiency of detecting a potentially dangerous attack by up to 1.6 times in comparison with the best of the existing models of information security systems.
