Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of a new method for obtaining cast metal dispersion-strengthened composite materials by forming suspension and emulsion melts based on non-ferrous alloys by controlled introduction into a metal matrix metal and ceramic particles in a gas-powder flow heated by laser radiation. To implement the method, technological equipment was developed and the processes of feeding dispersed material into the zone of laser beam processing were studied. A number of experimental and theoretical studies have been carried out on the selection of hydro-, gas-dynamic and thermal conditions for the formation of suspension and emulsion melts based on aluminum and copper alloys. Cast composite materials based on the AK12M2MgN aluminum alloy with non-metallic inclusions Fe3O4, Al2O3, TiC and FeS and composites based on copper and bronze TZL 3-8-6 with steel inclusions 09X18 were obtained.
