Essay

The dissertation is devoted to researches of features of a structure of high - entropy alloys and their properties, and influence of various types of processing of materials on their structure and properties. Many experimental studies (structure, magnetic, electrical and mechanical properties) have been conducted to study different alloys. It is established that large localized magnetic moments are considered as a result of formation of superparamagnetic clusters. It is shown that an S-shaped anomaly on R (T) curves is observed in the deformed CrMnFeCoNi HEAs, which can be attributed to the K state. The method of high - energy mechanically activated synthesis for high - entropy composition CrMnFeCoNi is tested. These results showed the possibility of obtaining this alloy for 3 hours in the mill. The wires are obtained by the method of drawing deformation, which can significantly expand the practice of using wind farms. The obtained results are compared with the literature data. It is shown that the relative metastability of HEAs at low temperatures due to the decrease of the entropy, stabilizing factor leads to the formation of inhomogeneities of different scale levels.
