Essay

The оbject of research: processes of determining the technical condition of reinforced concrete piles based on the results of vibroacoustic diagnostics. The purpose of research: is to develop models, methods and a universal computerized system that implements them for the diagnosis of reinforced concrete piles FGZ under the conditions of joint application of methods of vibro-shock diagnostics and acoustic logging. Methods of research: theory of propagation of elastic voltage waves in solid one-dimensional bodies, theoretical bases of acoustic methods of non-destructive testing of concrete elements of deep foundations and systems of their technical support; methods of IBS theory; probability theory; methods of statistical processing of diagnostic signals. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: The prototype of IBC of diagnostics of reinforced concrete piles is made and experimentally checked. The interface to the constructed prototype of IBC vibrodiagnostics and acoustic logging of reinforced concrete piles was experimentally tested, which allows to visually determine the technical condition of the manufactured reinforced concrete pile using pre-formed training sets (data bank) and quantitative assessments. A subject degree of introduction: developed and on its basis the technology of practical use of the data bank for diagnostics of building constructions and technological equipment is created. Subject and degree of implementation: at the NGO "Kyivbudindustriya", is the basis of the prototype, which is implemented in projects for the construction of new and overhaul of existing bridge crossings. Used by Mast-Bud LLC and Onur Taahhut Tashimadzhilik Inshaat Tijaret Ve Sanai Anonymous Shirketi for the inspection of drilling piles during the construction of bridge crossings. Effectiveness of implantation:: a significant socio-economic effect is obtained, which is to increase the reliability of new foundations and structures and extend the life of existing buildings and structures. Reducing the impact of the "human factor" in the analysis of results, increasing the reliability of information on the internal technical condition of the pile, providing additional information on the characteristics and parameters of defects.
