Essay

The dissertation solves the problem of creating a mathematical model of the process of forming parts during high-speed processing at serial enterprises. The dissertation contains the results of theoretical and experimental research. The use of various types of spline interpolation has significantly reduced the volume of control programs, increased equipment performance, and increased compliance with all requirements for the quality of parts. The use of spline approximation allows us to solve the problems of replacing piecewise linear trajectories with splines in control programs, as well as the problems of controlling complex product surfaces. Experimental studies were carried out on CNC milling machines in the conditions of mass production. During the testing process, serial parts of aircraft production were manufactured, which passed the control of the technical control department. Processing of the obtained results is implemented using computer modeling methods. The results of the work were transferred for use at the KhGAPP, which is used in the educational process of the National Aerospace University named after M. Ye. Zhukovsky "KHAI".
