Essay

The dissertation research is devoted to the decision of an actual scientific and practical problem of increase of efficiency of phototherapy at the expense of development and introduction of architecture, components and means of computer systems and networks. The existing phototherapeutic equipment and methods of phototherapeutic influence on the human body, existing means of construction of computerized systems and networks and other technical elements of construction of phototherapeutic equipment are analyzed in the work. The necessity of forming feedback on the parameters of the patient’s condition and the use of elements of computer systems and networks to form the appropriate therapeutic effect is demonstrated. The architectural realizations of computerized systems of prevention and treatment on the basis of phototherapy and magnetic therapy are offered in the work, due to which the technique of resonant-conformational influence is introduced. The problems of current in the matrix coils, the problem of improving the driver of the stepper motor and the problem of the optimal location of the emitters in the matrix were set and analytically solved in the work. The dissertation research considered the main methods of verification and calibration of semiconductor emitters, identified the shortcomings of these methods and suggested ways to improve through the use of the latest computer components and tools. As a result of the conducted researches improvement of means before the procedure express verification of phototherapy devices was offered. As a result of the dissertation research, the implemented architectures of computer systems were demonstrated. Namely, improvement and introduction of the computerized system of photo dermatology, photo rehabilitation of newborns in the first days of their life and improvement of devices of fast restoration of a microblood flow of portable and stationary appointments.
