Essay

The author's theoretical multi-component comparative model of components of professional self-consciousness of future special educators is scientifically substantiated in the dissertation. With the help of a set of psychodiagnostic methods revealed a contradictory, crisis configuration of professional self-consciousness and a certain specificity of its components depending on the specialization and course of study of students-special educators. It is empirically proved that the constructive-realistic configuration of attitudes has a positive, formative potential, and the non-constructive configurations of attitudes are negative factors of professional self-consciousness. At the level of value orientation, professional self-consciousness is characterized by average indicators of self-esteem and insufficient indicators of reflexivity and empathy. The formative psychological program of strengthening of these factors on formation of professional self-consciousness of future special educators is substantiated and realized, the psychological-pedagogical and organizational-methodical recommendations are produced.
