Kovalov O. Justification of the parameters and operating modes of the regulated electric drive of the motoblock

The review of existing designs of tillage motoblocks is carried out. The method of power supply of the motoblock is substantiated. The control parameters that affect the energy and technical and economic performance of the motoblock, as well as the design and parameters of the traction motor are determined. The control system of the electric motor of the drive of the tillage motoblock is substantiated and developed. The structural-functional control scheme is obtained and the synthesis of the speed monitor of the electric motor of the motoblock drive is performed. The parameters and modes of operation of the tillage motoblock are theoretically and experimentally investigated. A multifactorial experiment was performed. The obtained regression equations make it possible to estimate the influence of the parameters of the electrified motoblock on energy consumption in the main types of tillage. The technical and economic indicators of efficiency of introduction of the electrified tillage motoblock are resulted.
