Essay

Using the method of ultrafast melt cooling after preliminary thermo-temporal treatment the high-quality amorphous tapes of two groups of Co-based alloys with different nature of complex alloying with transition metals and with variation of Si and B metalloids content have been obtained. Such forms of alloying provide minimal saturation magnetostriction, essentially different (high and the lowest) saturation induction and magnetic permeability. The dependence of the structural relaxation processes of the studied amorphous metallic alloys (AMA) on the content of alloying transition metals (TM) and metalloids as well as on their thermal and thermomagnetic activation has been established. It is shown that increasing of the TM alloying impurities content and decreasing of the metalloids content in Co75,3-55,7(Fe,Ni,Mn,Mo)4,6-24,2(Si0,2B0,8)20-22 AMA does not provide the formation of the single-phase nanocrystalline states with high dispersion and density.
