Krasilova Y. Socio-psychological factors of resocialization of of juvenile convicts.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of social-and-psychological factors of resocialisation of juvenile convicts. The theoretical and methodological analysis of approaches to determine the preconditions for resocialisation of juvenile convicts is performed in the thesis. The social-and-psychological factors of resocialisation of juvenile convicts sentenced to non-conviction are identified. They are the following: a high level of reflection; a developed function of forecasting and goal setting; socially oriented system of values; presence of subjectivity; an achieving motivation; an assertive behaviour; absence of wrong types of upbringing in the family; mutual understanding of minors with their parents; the presence selfrealisation sphere; a social orientation of the reference group.
