Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the development of scientific and methodical apparatus for determining the resonant characteristics of worn working blades of an axial compressor of a gas turbine engine by the frequency of their own oscillations. In order to address certain issues, as well as to eliminate inconsistencies between the level of requirements for modern systems and methods for determining the frequencies and shapes of natural oscillations and resonant characteristics of compressor blades that are damaged during operation: the influence of the change of the basic geometrical parameters of the blade of the working blade on the frequency and shape of the natural oscillations and the resonant characteristics of the working blades of the compressor are studied; developed a scientific and methodological apparatus for determining the frequencies and shapes of natural oscillations and resonant characteristics of the compressor blades with damage, which provides: conducting experimental studies of damaged working blades of the gas turbine compressor by measuring the basic geometric parameters, statistical analysis of measurement results, measuring frequencies and shapes of natural oscillations using a special stand; carrying out mathematical modeling of the modal analysis of the damaged working blades of the compressor of GTD by creation of solid-state models and calculation of frequencies and forms of natural fluctuations of working blades of the compressor with change of their basic geometrical characteristics; construction of resonant characteristics and research of influence on them of change of geometrical parameters of working blades of the compressor of GTE.
