Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the mobile continuous earth-moving machine creation, which includes the automobile base chassis and the earth-moving machine working equipment. A working body chain-beam model was created, that allows to determine dynamic loads on the chain-beam drive shaft working body according to structural, kinematic parameters of working body, physical and mechanical soil properties. A universal analytical coordinate plan method for kinematic and dynamic calculation of piston engine lever mechanisms has been developed. The model and method of torsional vibration engineering calculation in the mobile continuous earth-moving machine drive with OpenModelica software usage has been created. The model is designed to determine the drive train dynamic loads in the working body steady-state and locking mode. The model adequacy is confirmed by the results of experimental studies. Recommendations on the choice of engine parameters, the base chassis gearbox and the optimum speed mode machine operation with minimal dynamic loads are developed.
