The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on organizational and economic mechanism formation of basic means reproduction of elevator economy. The organizational and economic mechanism of fixed assets reproduction of elevator economy is formed in the dissertation, which includes organizational, normative-legal, informational, economic and institutional components, which allows safe operation of lifting mechanisms that have fulfilled the normative term by creating information base of their technical condition in cities of Ukraine. Introduction of the planned system of updating and modernization of elevators. A methodical approach to assessing the quality of elevator services has been developed, which is based on the tools of expert assessments and allows to reconcile the interests of the population and the elevator. An organizational approach to the financial support of the fixed assets reproduction process of the region's elevators has been developed, which provides optimization of all market participants funds (population, credit institutions, local budgets) and allows to increase efficiency, restore technical resources and upgrade fixed assets at all stages of life. cycle of elevators. The economic essence, content and role of the fixed assets reproduction process in the elevator economy, which takes into account the trouble-free operation of elevators and the quality of services provided to the population, are theoretically substantiated. The organizational system of technical condition management of the region provides elevator economy an increase in the level of efficiency, restoration of technical resources and renewal of fixed assets at all stages of the elevators life cycle.
