Rakipov V. Strategic management of territorial development in the conditions of digital transformation

The dissertation is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological and applied principles of strategic management of territorial development and improvement of approaches to foresight of regional economic development in digitalization, which allows to optimize the development of socio - economic development strategies for both regions and individual sectors. The objective preconditions for the development of digitalization in Ukraine are revealed. Theoretical approaches to strategic management at macro-, meso- and micro-levels are given. Methodical approaches to strategic management of territorial development under the influence of digitalization are investigated. A retrospective analysis of the processes of digital transformation of national socio-economic systems at the macro-, meso- and micro-levels. The organizational and technical readiness of the regions of Ukraine for the digitalization of socio-economic relations is studied. The digital transformation of the public administration model in the regions is characterized.
