In the dissertation work, the actual scientific and applied problem of improving the means of optimizing the structure of modern corporate networks, and the study of the method for calculating the time of transactions in distributed computer networks when building information systems of enterprises are solved. The most important scientific results obtained in the dissertation are: 1. The difference between this method and the existing ones lies in the fact that the basis of the method, according to the procedure, is the decomposition of the information system into components.
