In the dissertation work, on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies, the parameters of an electrical complex for laser processing of the surface of the shell of hatching eggs when rotating before disinfection are substantiated. In this work, on the basis of theoretical studies of the process of laser processing of the egg surface with a point source of radiation, the obtained expressions for determining the level of irradiation at any point on the surface, equations are obtained for determining the average dose of irradiation along the illumination spot of the ellipsoid that describes the egg. An equation is obtained that describes the line of the rational location of the laser, from the points with which the ellipsoid is illuminated at the same angle and the same amount of radiation. The use of at least two identical radiation sources of point radiation for uniform irradiation of the egg surface when it rotates around its axis is theoretically substantiated, and expressions for the current and average radiation dose are obtained. Graphical dependences of the maximum, average and minimum irradiation dose were constructed for the synchronous movement of the laser along the line of rational placement above the egg surface, which showed that, with a probability of 0.9973, the increase in the surface irradiation dose in comparison with the average value does not exceed 5.46%, and the decrease - 5.92%.
